Juvenile Law

Attorney Kaiser has handled cases in juvenile court for over 30 years. He has defended juveniles in delinquency cases, helped parents whose children have been found to be in need of protection or services, and represented individuals in both guardianship or step parent adoption cases. He is often appointed by judges to to act as guardian ad litem to advocate for the child's best interest.
