KAISER: Received Undergraduate degree from
the University of Wisconsin - Madison School of
Business in 1988, Law Degree from Marquette University
in 1991 and UW-Madison Division of Continuing Studies,
Divorce Mediation Training 2008. Admitted to practice
in the State of Wisconsin and the Eastern District
United States District of Wisconsin and is a member
of the State Bar of Wisconsin. He has represented
over 1000 clients in various types of criminal defense,
family law and civil litigation. He is a family
court mediator working with the Milwaukee County
Mediation Services and also accepts private clients
who are in need of mediation services. |
DAVID M. KAISER of Counsel: Received law degree from Marquette University in 1956. Admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin, United State District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, and United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin. He has served as an Arbitrator of the American Arbitration Association. He has engaged in general practice throughout his career, including the probate of estates as well as criminal and civil litigation.
